How do I contact you?

Email support@duravel.app from the address on your Duravel account if you have one, so we can find it. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead, whether you were on the website or in the iPhone app, and add a screenshot if you can.

I can’t sign in

Use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in with the same button again. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.

How do I connect Strava, Oura or Apple Health?

Open Settings → Connections and choose the service. Apple Health is available in the iPhone app. You can disconnect any service from the same page at any time, which stops syncing and deletes the access we hold for it.

A workout I recorded didn’t show up

On your program page, use Sync workouts to pull from every service you have connected. If it still does not appear, check that the activity is saved in the original service, then email us with the date and the service it came from.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are bought on our website and processed by Stripe. Sign in at duravel.app and open Settings → Billing & plan, then Manage billing to change your plan, update your card or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Our Refund Policy explains when we refund and how to ask.

How do I delete my account?

In the app or on the website, open Profile and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. It takes effect immediately. If you can’t sign in, or would rather ask us to do it, see Delete your account for what is deleted and how to request it by email.

Is Duravel medical advice?

No. Duravel builds training programs; it is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Training carries inherent risk, so talk to a doctor before starting a new training program.
